The New American Home 2022 built in Laureate Park in Lake Nona, Orlando, Fla., is both beautiful and practical, with a design that responds to post-pandemic consumer demands and aims to reach a broad audience.
Built by Orlando builder Envy Homes, the two-level, three-bedroom home eschews the opulence of its recent brethren with a more modest, if certainly well-appointed, model for the industry. Scroll down to see the building products and materials that went into creating this year's New American Home.
*LG’s suite of laundry equipment is headlined by the Mega Capacity Front Load Washer, a 5.0-cubic-foot unit with proprietary TurboWash, and its companion Ultra Large Capacity Front Load Electric Dryer (both shown), a 7.4-cubic-foot unit with TurboSteam technology.
